Due to the extreme damage from the ice storm and the continuing expenses of clean-up and remediation, I have called an Emergency Board Meeting for this Thursday, 2/8/24 @5:15PM at my house located on 679 Saint Andrews Loop.
The main topic the Board will be reviewing is the need for a Special Assessment to maintain the HOA’s financial flexibility and compensate for inadequate reserves.
