It’s been brought to our attention that all the homes on Sunday Drive are being leased on a one year contract. Our by-laws should be changed to ensure that all the new homes built on Sunday Drive are not turned into rentals. The HOA has limited control over rental properties, and this could interfere with property values throughout the HOA.
